Every product includes a 72-hour no-obligation full refund policy. Open the plan, read it, then decide.

Withdrawal and refunds
You can withdraw from a pre-payment plan. The refund depends on when you cancel, measured from plan start and the estimated replacement date.
Cooling-off
Full refund
Within 72 hours of starting the plan: every amount paid is refunded. No origination or cancellation fee.
Early
US$ 1,000 fee
After cooling-off, and more than three months before the estimated replacement date: we retain an origination fee of US$ 1,000 (or the amount paid, if less). The balance is refunded.
Late
10% retained
From three months before the estimated replacement date onward: we retain 10% of the locked price (or the amount paid, if less). If the plan is fully paid, 90% is refunded.
Converting the plan into an overhaul/exchange is not a withdrawal and does not attract these fees. Prepaid amounts are credited to the sale.
